Processing & Shipping Times


We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within Canada and the USA. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations outside our designated service areas.

Damages & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, if you experience issues, feel free to reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you for re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
